On 20 July 2026, Oriental Copper was honored to welcome representatives from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) during a company visit under the Design for Circular Economy initiative, supported by the Department of Primary Industries and Mines (DPIM), Ministry of Industry.

The initiative aims to promote efficient resource utilization, encourage manufacturers to adopt Circular Economy principles, support more sustainable industrial development, and contribute to the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions.
