Oriental Copper is a world-class engineering design and manufacturer of high conductivity Copper Busbar and copper fabricated products used in the electrical, electronic and non-electrical industries around the world.

The copper material we produce achieves an electrical conductivity of 101% IACS, and has excellent mechanical properties ideal for many applications in the electrical power generation, electrical transmission & distribution, and electronic industries. The quality of copper we produce is also a perfect solution for the injection mold-making industry.

Oriental Copper’s manufacturing plant at Chon-buri, Thailand operates an ISO certified, fully integrated, semi-automatic production system ensuring limited direct human contact with the copper. We have our own purpose built modern foundry, casting copper billets to carefully controlled specifications; we use a unique under-water extrusion system; and state-of-the-art technology for drawing and finishing.

Our production capacity has grown significantly over the years, with our new recently completed extension, Oriental Copper now has the capacity of producing over 40,000 MT/year, with further expansion planned based upon strong demand from our numerous satisfied and loyal Customers around the world. At the official launch by her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand in May 2012, our new production line and enhanced workshops fully endorse Oriental Copper’s facilities as one of the leading global producers of first-class copper products.
