Oriental Copper’s facility at Bangpokong operates a fully integrated semi-automatic production line requiring limited direct human contact with the copper, thus resulting in controlled quality, reduced risk of contamination and safer factory conditions. As an investment in the future this method will ultimately be more cost-effective.

The plant’s initial production capacity was 12,000 tons / annum and has increased further to 24,000 tons / annum. Oriental Copper’s output will accommodate not only all of Thailand’s requirements of copper busbar but much of Southeast Asia, Far East and Middle East as well.

Oriental Copper Co., Ltd. will continue to play on expanding and important role in the continuing development of electrical industry in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
